"Booking Protection" - Cancellation

with a cost of 6,00% of the total stay, in case of cancellation, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

"Booking Protection Plus" - Cancellation, interruption and medical assistance

with a cost of 8,00% of the total stay, in case of cancellation, the entire amount paid will be refunded; in case of interruption of the holiday, the pro rata of the unused stay fee calculated on the entire amount of the reservation will be refunded; in the event of injury or illness, customers will have 24-hour assistance.
